Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. An Improvement Plan shall be submitted showing the location of <br /> the well and sewage disposal area (including a 100% <br /> expansion) . <br /> 1. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used <br /> as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for the <br /> proposed office under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> 1. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system(s) . <br /> d. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill. <br /> e. All waste from this operation to be handled so as not to cause <br /> an odor or vector nuisance.
