CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-90-40 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> C . A Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this <br /> development. (The fee is $1 , 329 . 00 per 1 , 000 gross square <br /> foot of building as "Warehouse" in the Lodi area. The fe <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) Collection of the fee will be effective on April <br /> 23 , 1990 , and all building permit applications not accepted <br /> as complete by the Building Department prior to this date <br /> will be subject to the fee . <br /> d . A "Will Serve" letter is required from the Woodbridge <br /> Sanitary District for additional sewage . <br /> e . The frontage improvements for Main Street shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of an 84-foot right-of-way commercial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred , <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement <br /> Plan . (A $240 . 00 fee is required for processing per Ord . <br /> No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements . The <br /> estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil engineer <br /> with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by <br /> the Public Works Department for approval . As an option the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $100 . 00 . ) <br /> f . Public water and annexation to the Mokelumne Acres <br /> Maintenance District is required . <br /> g . No vehicle backing on to Main Street will be allowed . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . <br />
