COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE IS A STATION SET UP <br /> WITH CUT UP ONIONS, TOMATOES ETC. FOR THE TACOS AND THEY ARE NOT KEPT REFRIGERATED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br /> OBSERVATIONS:some condiments items in ice bath have temp bet 47F and 49F. Provide 41 F or below today. I observed <br /> owner adding more ice to merge completely all condiments containers and provide proper temp. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per Primos Tacos BBQ&Grill owner, he is not aware of the complaint. He informed me that he was using the rest rooms <br /> of the Jacob Myers park but the park is now closed due to COVID-19 and may be opened on Saturday. Now he is allowed by <br /> one of the residence to get in and use their rest room. Owner spoke with one of the park employee, she said the park may or <br /> may not be open on Saturday. Employee will meet the owner today to provide him with final decision.
