These training documents were missing the following <br /> a written job description for each position and the type and amount of both <br /> introductory and continuing training that will be given to each job description <br /> Response: <br /> The newly hired service manager Jacob Dawaard received one on one training by <br /> the Environmental Manager Stacy Hammon starting on March 10, 2020, <br /> concluding on March 11, 2020. The training covered the responsibilities and <br /> procedures of managing, storing and disposal of waste. The rest of the employees <br /> underwent HMBP training on April 11, 2019. As a preventive action to avoid <br /> future compliance issues, all employees will re-take the full course within the next <br /> 30 days. The training backup documentation is included in attachment C of this <br /> document. <br /> #6 Violation: 118-HSC 25160.2(b)(3) <br /> Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years <br /> Observation: The following copies of consolidated manifest receipts for <br /> hazardous wastes including used oil and parts washer fluid were not found on site <br /> during the inspection: 411012017(parts washer fluid), 612612017 (used oil), <br /> 711312017(parts washer fluid), 81712017 (used oil), 101512017 (parts washer <br /> fluid), 31512018 (parts washer fluid), 511612019 (used oil), No used oil disposal <br /> records were available for review from 71112019 to 1113012019 <br /> Response: <br /> The disposable records are available on site in the environmental green folders. <br /> Included in this response as attachment D are copies of the disposable records. <br /> #7 Violation: 122-HSC 25185(c)(3) <br /> Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection <br /> report <br /> Observation: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection <br /> report dated 11812016 within 30 <br /> Response: <br /> Ryder Fuel Services understands the importance to comply with this requirement. <br /> Moving forward RFS will ensure violations responses are sent within the 30 days <br /> response window. <br />
