Maintain the plan <br /> on-site and train employees on the plan. Provide a corrective action statement, a copy of the contingency plan and <br /> supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 110 CCR 66265.54 Contingency plan not current. <br /> OBSERVATION: The contingency plan reviewed on-site is out-of-date. The out-of-date sections are:The <br /> emergency coordinator was listed as James Shannon. James Shannon is no longer employed at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The contingency plan shall be reviewed, and immediately amended, if necessary, <br /> whenever: <br /> (a)applicable regulations are revised; <br /> (b)the plan fails in an emergency; <br /> (c)the facility changes in its design, construction, operation, maintenance, or other circumstances in a way that <br /> materially increases the potential for fires, explosions, or releases of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br /> constituents, or changes the response necessary in an emergency; <br /> (d)the list of emergency coordinators changes;or <br /> (e)the list of emergency equipment changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately update the contingency plan, maintain on-site and train employees on the <br /> updated plan.
