The attached information includes a site diagram and the <br /> laboratory report from the soil sampling performed at the subject site. <br /> It is our understanding that your department requires the results of the investigation in <br /> accordance with the conditions for which drilling permits are issued. <br /> McLaren/Hart's investigation included completion of two soil borings to 25 feet below ground <br /> surface (bgs) in the vicinity of the former underground storage tank (UST). The Phase II <br /> investigation performed at the subject site did not identify soil contamination. <br /> Please accept our apology for not providing these results to your office more quickly.
