See Table IV. <br />Title 22, 66265.192(c) -- Not Applicable if this is an above ground tank system. The subject tank <br />system is an above ground tank system. <br />Title 22, 66265.192(d) -- All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness prior <br />to being placed in use. The tank meets UL 142 Standard. This standard requires that the tank <br />must be hydrostatically tested to 25 psi at the factory. "Tightness" simply means the tank <br />does not leak. At the time of inspection for this report and daily (see item (k)(4) later in this <br />report) for such leaks. Hence it is tightness tested daily and it is not leaking. The whole tank is <br />tight. <br />Title 22, 66265.192(e) --Ancillary equipment shall be supported and protected against physical <br />damage and excessive stress due to settlement, vibration, expansion or <br />Contraction. See Table IV. <br />Title 22, 66265.192(f) --If applicable, provide the type and degree of corrosion protection <br />necessary. Independent corrosion protection specialist oversight. Not applicable. The tank is <br />above ground and inside a structure. It is not in contact with soil or water. It is inspected daily <br />for leaks and an inspection log is kept. The tank has corrosion – resistant coatings. <br />Title 22, 66265.192(h) (1-2) --On ground or above ground tank systems authorized under PBR or <br />CA shall have an assessment based on 66265.192(k) is on file at the facility. This report provides <br />the required assessment. <br />Title 22, 66265.192(k)(1) --A drawing of the tank(s) configuration as well as <br />description of the materials of construction and gross capacity is included. <br />See Figures 4 and 5. <br />(k)(2)—Design standards, if available, for the tanks and ancillary equipment, as well as the <br />following: See Tables I and 11. <br />(A) --The material of construction. See Table 1. <br />(B) --The material thickness and method used to determine the thickness. See Table 11. <br />(C) --Description of tank system piping (material, diameter).
