Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Paul Nso at (209 ) 468 -3432 to arrange the following appointments ( a 48 - hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments) . <br /> • Verification of the dispenser footprints for all dispensers contained by the under <br /> dispenser containment sumps ( UDCs ) , any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters <br /> drain directly into UDCs . <br /> • Visual inspection of the piping within all the dispensers for any leaks <br /> • Primary piping soap test of all piping . One hour pressure test at the 110 % of operating <br /> pressure or 40psi whichever is greater in accordance with manufacturer installation <br /> instructions . <br /> • Secondary piping soap test of all piping . One hour pressure test at the manufacturer' s <br /> recommended specification . <br /> • Verification of secondary piping slope at 1 /8 inch per foot or greater, to a <br /> containment sump . <br /> • Verification of all pipe setbacks , cross over and burial depth according to the <br /> Manufacturers installation instructions and verification of appropriate piping backfill . <br /> • Secondary containment testing of the UDCs . <br /> • Monitoring system functionality : Functionality of the monitoring system must be <br /> verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title <br /> 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code . A copy of the alarm <br /> history shall be printed prior to removing of the monitoring system and made available <br /> at the time of EHD inspection . <br /> • A " Certification of Installation/Modification " form for installed tank systems shall be submitted <br /> into CERS by the owner or operator, pursuant to CCR 2635 ( d ) , before this UST installation will <br /> be considered complete by the EHD . <br /> • If concrete will be broken near the USTs , a secondary containment test must be <br /> 1868 E .
