CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-0005 <br /> Ronald and Donna Cookson <br /> Waitlo and Alida Cookson <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor' s Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifier to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. On parcel 1 the well must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> recording of map (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , <br /> Section 5-4100) as follows: Raise well casing 12 inches <br /> above ground level. <br /> b. On parcel 2 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division prior to recording of map. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> a. Obtain a plumbing permit to establish water service for <br /> parcel 2. The well must be located on the same parcel as <br /> the residence. <br />
