CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-0010 <br /> Fred Munoz <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior r <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor' s Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifier to avoid overlap or gap. <br />
