} <br /> FB 3 1993 R <br /> �Ui1��Viuivl l Y UtvcLvrr•�c1v i DEPT. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-93-26 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL OF DAN AND PAT VAN GRONINGEN AS TO <br /> CONDITIONS 1.K AND 3 .B ONLY CONCERNING USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. <br /> UP-92-12 OF DAN AND PAT VAN GRONINGEN AND APPROVING THE USE PERMIT <br /> SUBJECT TO THE ATTACHED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 1, 1992 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 10, 1992 and January 12 , 1993 , this Board <br /> of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice <br /> of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to <br /> said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the appeal of Condition-Nos. l.k and 3 .b is granted and that <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-92-12 be, and it hereby is, approved <br /> subject to the attached Conditions of Approval. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 1993 , by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: BARBER, WILHOIT, SIMAS, CABRAL, SOUSA <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> WILUAM N.
