COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> UP-89-13 <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> and grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . The site shall be limited to one main <br /> entrance opposite Vail Dervin Parkway and one secondary <br /> access . <br /> 2 . Roadway dedication is required on French Camp Road along the <br /> frontage of APN 193-020-25, sufficient to provide for <br /> standard 84 foot industrial street in addition to left and <br /> right turn lanes . A 5-foot roadway dedication is required on <br /> Yettner Road along the frontage of APN 193-060-44 . <br /> 3 . The frontage improvements for French Camp Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> an 84-foot right-of-way street with left and right turn <br /> lanes . The owner shall enter into a development agreement to <br /> participate financially in the construction of French Camp <br /> Road as required by the Arch-Airport/Sperry Road Specific <br /> Plan which is in the process of being adopted. The frontage <br /> improvement for Yettner Road shall conform with standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way street. <br /> 4 . The development shall be provided with public water , public <br /> sewer , and terminal drainage . <br /> S .
