Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-13 <br /> Page 3 <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee <br /> will be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. (The fee is currently $83 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" . <br /> If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of <br /> 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> b. ' Water well from owner' s adjoining parcel may be <br /> utilized until this parcel is sold. Then this <br /> parcel will have to install a well under permit and <br /> inspection from Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance Requirements will be applicable and shall <br /> be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. <br /> (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space (s) including the "tow away" sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space. <br /> (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br />
