Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. Obtain an approved Right-of-Way application. (Section <br /> 9-9291{a}) <br /> 2 . The gravel access driveway to the individual <br /> recreational vehicle storage spaces shall be a one-way, <br /> 20-foot driveway. Directional signs shall be erected <br /> and shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 3 . All driveways, recreational vehicle parking and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be surfaced with <br />
