A six-foot chain-link fence with redwood slats shall be <br /> installed along the southerly property line. The <br /> proposed chain-link fence between the recreational <br /> vehicle storage and the westerly house shall have <br /> redwood slats installed. Wall or fences of sheet or <br /> corrugated iron, steel, aluminum, asbestos, wood, <br /> (excluding wood in combination with masonry) or <br /> security chain-link fencing are specifically <br /> prohibited. <br /> 6. One trash bin shall be required. The trash bin shall <br /> be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides <br /> and gated on the fourth side. The trash bin location <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 7 . Front yard fencing greater than four feet in height <br /> shall be constructed of woven wire, wrought iron, or <br /> similar transparent material. <br /> 8 . Barbed wire security fencing, not to exceed two feet in <br /> height, may be erected on top of required or permitted <br /> screening except for screening adjacent to zoned <br /> residential areas. <br /> 9. No discharge of recreational vehicle holding tanks <br /> shall be permitted on site. <br /> 10. A use expansion which involves less than ten percent <br /> (10%) increase in the overall site area covered by the <br /> approved Site Approval may be allowed if the conditions <br /> on Section 9-2144 of the Planning Title are met. <br /> 11. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services <br /> and grading shall be submitted for approval. Storm <br /> drainage/additional run-off shall be retained on-site, <br /> provisions shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for <br /> approval.
