Projects shall maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation <br /> measures, if applicable for the Air Pollution Control District <br /> staff in making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> 5. It shall be a condition of approval for the applicant to notify <br /> the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The <br /> applicant should use file no.
