Storage facility at 3390 S. Hwy 99, Stockton, at <br /> that site on this date. <br /> In looking at the fire protection requirements relating to that facility <br /> and use, the following items are recommended. <br /> 1. Fire Road access shall be provided as per County Public Works <br /> Standards from Highway 99 frontage road to the Storage site <br /> itself. <br /> 2. Access road meeting at least Fire Road requirements shall be <br /> provided on site allowing fire department access to RV units. <br /> i <br /> 3. The site access road shall either be looped back to the original <br /> access road leading to Highway 99 frontage road, or an <br /> approved turn-around shall be provided where current plan <br /> indicates an on site dead end. <br /> 4. A side letter from the owner of a water storage tank at the <br /> corner of the the Access Road and Highway 99 shall be <br /> obtained by the owner of the RV storage site, allowing the Fire <br /> Department use of that water for emergency use at the RV <br /> storage site if required. <br /> ( <br /> 5. Key access to the RV site shall be provided to the Fire <br /> Department as required. <br />
