Connection to a public sewer system is required if <br /> available . <br /> OR <br /> Construct an individual sewage disposal system under_ a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development . <br /> C . State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for . <br /> d . State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on or used as a storage area . This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines . <br /> e . Refuse , garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored , removed and transported to an approved landfill in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and 41481 <br /> and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government Code , and <br /> Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 3 . PLANNING <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a . This approval is for four , 750 square foot retail spaces , <br /> each with a 1 , 750 square foot storage area as shown on the <br /> revised plan submitted January 3 , 1990 . <br /> b . Approval is for a total maximum of ten employees on the <br /> heaviest shift . <br /> C . One truck loading/unloading space ( 15 feet x 25 feet) is <br /> required . <br /> d. Twenty-five parking spaces are required . Four compact car <br /> parking spaces are allowed . <br /> 1 . Stalls must be a minimum 7-1/2 feet wide and 16 feet <br /> long . <br />
