The address is 2969 Loomis Road. <br /> Our maps indicate that this is two miles north of the main runway at <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport. It is in the Conical imaginary <br /> surface of Stockton Metropolitan Airport. <br /> The Airport Land Use Plan states, that within this area: <br /> Few rest r i ct i iris are necessary. Proposed commuri i cat it--in towers <br /> and other very tall structures should be evaluated to enst_ire <br /> that they will nOt be aircraft hazards. <br /> Rrop:-sed dumps, landfills, and pools of water should be <br /> evaluated t.--. ensure that they will not present a bird hazard to <br /> aircraft. <br /> Reflective roofs, vis1_ial distractions t.-, pi1ots, and <br /> interference with aircraft commur,icat ions and navigation are <br /> a 1 s•z, carncerris within this area. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff finds that this proposed industrial subdivision is in <br /> conformance with the Airport Land Use Plan.
