The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for EI Dorado Food Mart as of May 01 , 2020 . Open violations from August 29 , 2019 inspection Violation #113 - Failure to submit " Monitoring System Certification Form " within 30 days of completion of the test. A monitoring system certification , and leak detector testing were performed on 8/14/18 . A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) . A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test . Immediately provide this report to the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #313 - Failure to construct, operate , and maintain primary containment as product-tight. Fuel drips were observed on both fuel filters under dispenser 1 /2 . All primary containment for the UST system must be tight . Immediately have a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor repair or replace the failed components , under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date ) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #319 - No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons , no means to keep it empty , or failed to be tested . The 91 direct-bury spill container was noted as a a visual fail by the technician . Five gallon capacity of the 91 spill container was not tested due to the visual fail of the spill container by the technician . Annual spill container testing was last performed on 08/14/2018 and was due by 8/2019 . Testing has not been completed and is twenty three (23 ) days past due. This test is required once every 12 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD .
