The conditions of our use permit are <br /> rapidly nearing completion. The one item still not totally completed is the <br /> fill work for drainage and roadways at the site. It is our intent to use the <br /> 300 yds3+ at the site for fill once it is cleaned. There is a need for an addi- <br /> tional 1,500 to 2,000 yds3 of soil for construction of drainage pads around the <br /> treatment slab, fill for constructing employee parking, and fill for long-term <br /> road, ys and low levees for segregations of the winter stormwater which will <br /> not be ill contact with the contamination soil . <br /> At this time, the schedule of events planned are as follows: <br /> 1. Treat the on-site 300 yds3+ as soon as the use permit conditions have been <br /> ire t. <br /> 2. Treat sa:re 2,000 yds3 under an Alternative Technology Variance by California <br /> Department of Health Services. Contamination to range from 6,000 mg/kg to <br /> 20,000 iorrl co, plus. Said contaminated soil to be from a single source. <br /> The L-.bove ieanup work to be finished by September 1, 1988. This soil , when <br /> el-,aned, is to be moved to another site acceptable to the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District and farmed for one or more crops under controlled conditions. <br /> Currently, Terra Genesis has an opportunity to move and treat a single source <br /> diesel contL-;r.inated soil of 2,000 yds3+ with a concentration of 450 mg/kg, which <br /> ill frailspor::',011, Gii;:�1U_!:i and 11-cablic;;! of haZ.ardolts zvwy-lc inaterials. <br />
