Item No. 3 <br /> PC: 2-18-88 <br /> UP-88-20 <br /> Page 7 <br /> required for a hazardous waste facility or if a variance <br /> from permit requirements would be allowed by DOHS . <br /> b. The applicant shall file a "Report of Waste Discharge" <br /> with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region. <br /> c. Any soil aeration proposal must obtain a permit from the <br /> Air Pollution Control District of San Joaquin County. <br /> d. A determination shall be made by the State Solid Waste <br /> Management Board as to whether or not the proposed project <br /> is a solid waste site requiring a solid waste permit . <br /> 4 . Air Pollution Control District : <br /> a. An Authority to Construct permit is required. <br /> b. A health risk assessment analysis is required. <br /> 5 . Ripon Consolidated Fire District : <br /> The project shall conform to the 1985 edition of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code , where applicable. Special attention is directed <br /> to Section 10. 207 regarding fire apparatus access. <br />
