The Site consists of an office building; truck <br /> wash facility; fuel dispenser area; and one 12,000-gallon diesel aboveground storage tank <br /> (AGT). The Site is paved with asphalt and concrete and a canopy covers the truck wash and <br /> dispenser areas. <br /> Based on our review of the Site data, it appears the Site may be eligible for no further action. <br /> Prior to issuance of a no further action letter, Idealease needs to send a fact sheet to all <br /> interested parties and conduct a 30 day public comment period. By 22 May 2015, please <br /> submit a map showing the Site, a list of property parcels within 500 feet of the plume, the name <br /> and property owner for each parcel, a mailing address for each owner, and a separate one-page <br /> fact sheet summarizing the environmental activities related to the former release.
