UP-89-28 of Panella Properties , <br /> Inc . <br /> As per my telephone conversation with your assistant on Jure 23 , <br /> 1989 , the above-referenced application cannot be processed until <br /> the following issues have been resolved and the cite plan revised: <br /> 1 . All points of access shall be shown on the revised site plan. <br /> A field inspection has shown that there is access from <br /> Fremont Street to the subject parcel . In addition, the width <br /> of all points of access and the type of surfacing shall be <br /> shown. <br /> 2 . Delineate the on-site circulation on the revised site plan. <br /> Will there be any movement of vehicles between the existing <br /> site to the proposed truck parking area? <br /> 3 . The application states that the new area will be utilized for <br /> truck parking. The field inspection revealed that trailers <br /> are currently being stored on-site . Is the proposed area for <br /> storage , truck parking, or both? Clearly delineate the <br /> extent and boundary of each proposed use . Also , indicate if <br /> the trailers will be stacked and, if so, to what height . <br /> They currently are stacked three trailers high. <br /> 4 . The status of the building occupied by Central Valley <br /> Radiator needs to be clarified. Our records show that this <br /> building was approved as storage for Panella Trucking. If <br /> Central Valley Radiator is to be included in this Use Permit <br /> application, it should be clearly noted. If they are to be . <br /> considered independent of Panella Trucking, then a separate <br /> Site Approval application would be required. <br /> 5 . All structures on the project site need to be shown. Two <br /> structures that were seen during the field inspection are <br /> not shown on the site plan. <br />
