The truck washing facility must be an enclosed system <br /> designed by a registered engineer. <br /> r <br /> ✓2 . If the shop building and the building used by Central <br /> Valley Radiator have floor drains or if floor drains <br /> are required they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This <br /> system must be designed by a registered engineer. <br /> Applicant must file an application for facility <br /> permit/waste discharge with the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region. <br /> The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division, <br /> 3 .) If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> an EPA identification number and comply with <br /> Y applicable regulations . <br /> 8, Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> c? connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 6 . State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it can not be <br /> q driven over, parked on or used as a storage area .
