CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-91-42 <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 4 . WOODBRIDGE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br /> a. WATER SUPPLY: The required fire flow shall be not less <br /> than 1250 gallons per minute for a duration of two <br /> hours minimum. Residual water pressure of 20 psi is <br /> required during flow. <br /> b. WATER MAIN: Minimum size of mains shall be 8" into the <br /> project. The system shall be installed so that a <br /> single break in any feature of the supply works will <br /> not prevent delivery of maximum daily consumption, plus <br /> standard fire flow. <br /> C. FIRE HYDRANTS: Hydrants installed shall conform to the <br /> Standard American Water Works Association. They shall <br /> have two - 2-1/2" outlets, one - 4-1/2" pumper outlet <br /> and a 6" street main connection properly valved. A <br /> gate valve shall be provided between hydrants and <br /> street mains. Hydrants shall be of a design that if <br /> the hydrant is broken off, the hydrant will remain <br /> closed. <br /> d. STANDPIPES: Standpipes shall be installed with a <br /> pumper connection at the hydrant. Standpipes shall be <br /> 4" in diameter and extend to locations selected by fire <br /> department personnel. The discharge side shall be <br /> equipped with two - 2/12" gated wyes. <br /> e. ENGINEERING PLANS: An engineered plan showing mains, <br /> valves and hydrants shall be submitted to this office <br /> for approval prior to the installation of the system. <br /> f. DRIVEWAY: Driveways and parking shall conform to San <br /> Joaquin County standards. <br /> g. ROOFING: Roofing material shall be of a noncombustible <br /> type in order to minimize fire hazards within the <br /> project. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> a. A copy of the letter of the District is attached for <br /> your information. <br />
