ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation - Soil Boring Advancement <br /> 1350, 1400 and 1450 East Scotts Ave <br /> Stockton, California, 95205 <br /> (APN: 151-310-10, 151-310-43 and 151-310-44) <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is hereby granted permission to advance soil <br /> probe borings for the collection of soil and ground water samples at 1350, 1400 and 1450 <br /> East Scotts Ave, Stockton, California, 95205 (APN: 151-310-10, 151-310-43 and 151-310- <br /> 44). <br /> Probe borings will be advanced using a truck-mounted Powerprobe 9600 direct-push <br /> probing unit equipped with 1.25-inch probing rods. The Powerprobe advances soil probe <br /> borings using a hydraulic hammerto drive soil and ground water sampling tools to specified <br /> depths. Probe borings will be advanced to depths between 5 feet and 40 feet below <br /> surface grade. Upon completion of the drilling, probe boring areas will be returned to their <br /> original conditions. The probe borings will be permanently sealed to prevent vertical <br /> migration of potential contaminants. Each soil boring shall be backfilled"to surface grade <br /> with neat cement and covered with soil or concrete depending on the boring location. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation at 1350, 1400 and 1450 East Scotts Ave, <br /> Stockton, California, 95205 as outlined above shall be borne by Wells Fargo Bank and will be <br /> conducted under permit in a timely manner upon approval of the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> Upon request, the owner of the property at 1350, 1400 and 1450 East Scotts Ave, Stockton, <br /> California, 95205 will be provided with paper or electronic copies of all testing and reporting <br /> documents for the field work performed at 1350, 1400 and 1450 East Scotts Ave, Stockton, <br /> California, 95205. <br /> The owner of the property at 1350, 1400 and 1450 East Scotts Ave, Stockton, California, <br /> 95205 will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which will be <br /> conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> rl Blain Date <br /> Property Owner <br /> 1350, 1400 and 1450 East Scotts Ave <br /> Stockton, California, 95205 <br />
