3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on permanent <br /> foundation or 15% at the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a <br /> temporary foundation. (The fee currently is $2, 309 . 00 per <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Ripon area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on DECEMBER 16 , 1995. Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 24412 SOUTH FREDRICK AVENUE, RIPON <br /> CA 95336. <br />
