STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-92 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> 2 . Destroy the abandoned well (s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance ` <br /> No. 1862 , Section 5-4207) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $2, 369. 00 per single family dwelling unit in <br /> the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on a permanent foundation <br /> or 15% at the time of renewal for mobilehome on temporary on January <br /> 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 <br /> percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-910327) <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is: 9384 EAST <br /> MARIPOSA ROAD, STOCKTON CA 95215. <br />
