Therefore,installation of a <br /> sampling tap is not required at this time. <br /> In a letter dated September 26, 2001, you were directed to submit a work plan that will <br /> evaluate the feasibility of soil vapor extraction as a remediation method for this site by <br /> October 31,2001.
