In a telephone conversation on November 18, 1999, BSK stated <br /> that the application for pre-approval of the cost of the scope of work to the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (the Fund) has <br /> not been sent yet, and requested the deadline to commence the proposed work be <br /> further extended. PHS/EHD has agreed to extend the date to January 7, 2000. This is <br /> the final extension for commencement of the proposed work. <br /> PHS/EHD encourages seeking pre-approval from the Fund before conducting work; <br /> however, it is your responsibility as a responsible party to apply to the Fund for <br /> reimbursement in a timely manner.
