Analytical results of the water sample from the domestic well
indicate that the well is free of contamination. In the report WHF recommends
additional investigation to determine the lateral and vertical extent of
contamination and quarterly monitoring of your domestic drinking water well.
PHS/EHD concurs with these recommendations and requests that you submit a
workplan which will describe a method of determining the lateral and vertical
extent of petroleum fuel hydrocarbon contamination by August 15, 1997.
Please contact Steven Sasson, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3459 if you need
additional information.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
t Sasson, Senior REHS Margaret Lagorio, REHS
Site Mitigation Unit Supervisor
cc: Elizabeth Thayer, CVRWQCB
cc: Mel Jacobo, SWRCB
cc: Bill Fox, WHF
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
