The <br /> CUF concurred with the EHD that the Responsible Party (RP) should implement a groundwater <br /> technology that will achieve Water Quality Objectives more rapidly. <br /> By letter dated 23 September 2010, the EHD directed the Responsible Party to submit an <br /> analysis of possible causes of generation of permanganate during an insitu chemical oxidation <br /> (ISCO) bench scale test, calculations of the contaminant mass that would need to be addressed <br /> through ISCO, and a more detailed evaluation of other remedial technologies.
