CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-43 <br /> R. G. Dixon <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> A'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds <br /> by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the <br /> Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Works dated September 14, 1993. <br /> NOTE: On September 23, 1993 the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> LA-93-43, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - LA-93-43 <br />
