Recommendation: <br /> In May 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation, the San Joaquin <br /> County LOP should direct the Responsible Party terminate soil vapor extraction <br /> and monitor for a full hydrologic cycle. The Fund will review this site next year to <br /> track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> consider reviewing this site for closure. <br /> UPDATED, May 2010, the Fund concurs with the San Joaquin County LOP that <br /> groundwater monitoring must resume and that the MIP report must be submitted <br /> before this site can be considered for closure.
