Santa Fe Rd. Although this parcel is IN SJ County, most list this address as "Riverbank"? The City of Riverbank owns the parcel these emails are concerned with and they issued an official City Encroachment permit for the drilling that started Aug 4. San Joaquin County PW was not involved with this matter. If my County Public Works is ok with this all, then I'll be ok too. what I don't need is to have the driller/responsible party for the UST investigation slapped with a SJ County fine for trespassing/drilling w/o a permit in their(what they think) is their right of way. How do YOU treat contractors who drill in YOUR County/City w/o pemits? yea, that's what I thought too.... I'll be in touch. 1/27/2010
