The SVE and ozone sparging should be operated concurrently, <br /> and sparge points should be closely spaced and intersect the entire vertical extent of the plume. By 19 February <br /> 2001,submit a Final Remediation Plan describing the implementation and continued operation of the proposed <br /> remediation systems to effectively remediate soil and groundwater at the site. <br /> All reports are to be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Hcalth Division and the Regional <br /> Board.
