11/29/00 {VED 14:51 FA
% 1 916 0430 SECOR-SACRAMEbTO
• Pageage 1 of 1002
Jaff Auchterlonle
From: Jeff Auchterlonie <jauchtorlonie®secor.com>
To: Marty Hartzell (RWCCB) <HartzeM0rb5s.swrcb.ca.gov>
Cc: Wennilyn Fua(UST Fund) <wfua®cwp.swrcb.ca,gov>
Sent: Wednesday, November 29, 2000 2:35 PM
Subject: Ranch Market Domestic Well Installation&Water Supply
Marty:
I have scheduled the well installation with Bradley& Sons Drilling for Monday December 18, 2000. SECOR
has secured a contract with Doug Bradley and he will obtain the well Install permit from San Joaquin County.
The 1,000 gallon water tank was dallvered to the Pantoja Property on Thursday November 16, 2000 and
plumbed into the main water line. Since eight people live in the home, the water consumption has been higher
than the original estimate of 250 gallons per day.
The average water use through November 27,2000 has been 446 gallons per day. Assuming the new well is
brought online by December 29, 2000, the total cost of the water delivered will be$12,465.70 or$14,335.56
with mark-up.
This will be significantly higher than the estimated water use budget of$6,353.75. The projected additional
cost of the water is Out of Scope and above the original estimate submitted to the State Fund.
Jaff Auchterlonie
11/29/2000
