Since your well is being used temporarily to supply <br /> drinking water to the Pantoya family adjacent to your properly,PHS-EHD cannot allow you to <br /> jeopardize their health by providing contaminated water. <br /> You are hereby directed to provide the residents at 23565 S. Santa Fe Road with plastic, <br /> factory-sealed,bottled drinking water or another approved non-contaminated drinking <br /> water supply immediately. Please take immediate steps to supply the residents with bottled <br /> water now until a more adequate supply system can be established. <br /> Due to past problems with your ability to receive/accept mailings from this office,you are directed <br /> to call and inform PHS-EHD immediately to verify receipt of this directive. Be prepared to <br /> inform Mr. Infuma of the immediate method you have selected that will provide an adequate <br /> drinking water supply to the Pantoya family.
