Date: 6 September 2000 <br /> Subject: Ranch Market, 23569 South Santa Fe Road, Riverbank, San Joaquin County <br /> AGENDA <br /> Introductions <br /> Purpose Approve new well location for 23565 South Santa Fe Road. <br /> Background (Regional Board, San Joaquin County) <br /> • Site in County LOP program since 1991 when USTs were removed. <br /> • MtBE identified in neighboring domestic well (DW-2) at 38 µg/1 in October 1999, <br /> confirmed at 58 µg/1 in November 1999. <br /> • County requested assistance due to non compliance. <br /> • RB enforcement letter sent in December 1999. <br /> • RB meeting with property owners (Ms. Huda Gubary) in January 2000. Notified <br /> Ms. Gubary that additional work will be required, and encouraged them to reapply <br /> to Cleanup Fund. (Application was accepted, and an LOC has been issued.) <br /> • DW-2 taken out of service on 6 January 2000.
