Given the circumstances, it may be possible to obtain a
variance and supply water to two, three, or four homes. The installation and operation of the
Community well is also subject to securing agreements between Mr. Pantoja and the adjoining
property owners.
SECOR Cost Estimates
Two SECOR budgets to schedule, manage, and oversee the following scopes have been included
in Attachment 3:
• Installation of a 250 deep well that is capable of delivery water at 25 gpm.
• Installation of a 600 foot deep well that is capable of delivery of water at 125 Qpm.
Approval of the additional costs associated with upgrading the proposed domestic well to a 125
gpm supply well would ultimately be decided by the State Water Resources Control Board,
Division of Clean Water Programs, UST Cleanup Fund Program.
If you have any questions, please feel to call Mr. Auchterlonie at 916-861-0400 ext 223.
Sincerely,
SECOR International Incorporated SECOR International Incorporated
Submitted by: Approved by:
aff Auchterlonie JncipalGeologisrl/s Gsty R.
Associate Geologist
Ms.Wennilyn Fula,State UST Cleanup Fund Program,Sacramento,CA
Mr.Marty Hartzell,California RWQCB Central Valley Region,Sacramento,CA
Mohamed&Huda Gubary,Ranch Market Site Manager,Daly City,CA
Attachments: 1) Figures
2)Bid Request Sheet-Drilling Cost Estimates
3) SECOR Cost Estimate
File:Ranch MarkeflPotWaterSource.hr.doc
