In a phone conversation with you on 17 November 1999,we <br /> requested that you submit the report of monitoring well installation activities for work completed at the <br /> Ranch Market in November 1998. The 28 November 1999 Phase II Environmental Site Investigation <br /> prepared by Arrowhead Consultants was received by us on 7 December 1999. <br /> During our phone conversation, we also stated that we are trying to bring the owners of the Ranch <br /> Market into compliance, and thereby eligible for the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (Fund). <br /> On 3 January 2000, Board staff met with the current owners (Mohamed and Huda Gubary) and former <br /> owners (Magi Ali and Durhim Ali) of the Ranch Market to review compliance issues. Mr.Nagi Ali and <br /> Mr. Durhim Ali agreed to reapply to the Fund for reimbursement of costs incurred for investigation and <br /> remediation work at the Ranch Market.
