In a letter dated May 26, 1999 (copy enclosed), you were <br /> directed by PHS-EHD to submit a Quarterly Monitoring Report for the first quarter of 1999 by <br /> June 1, 1999. This report has not been received at PHS-EHD. In the same letter, PHS-EHD <br /> directed you to submit the Report of Findings for the November 1998 installation of the four <br /> monitoring wells by June 1, 1999. This report has not been received at PHS-EHD. <br /> Section 281 l(b)(3) of the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Regulations requires that <br /> you remain in compliance with corrective action directives issued by the local regulatory agency. <br /> In addition the Letter of Commitment (LOC) states"This Letter of Commitment may be <br /> withdrawn at any time by the S WRCB if completion of corrective action is not performed with <br /> reasonable diligence." <br /> You must begin the necessary work at your site to come into compliance within 30 days <br /> from the date of this letter. Provide documentation to the Fund by July 16, 1999 that you <br /> have complied with the May 26, 1999 directive, or I will begin the process to withdraw your <br /> LOC. <br /> If you need assistance with the bidding process, selection of the low bidder, or pre-approval of <br /> the costs before proceeding with the work, contact Linda Sanborn at (916) 227-0747.
