Santa Fe Dr. <br /> Riverbank, CA., 95367 <br /> On November 27, 1996, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS-EHD), notified you that due to contamination noted form the removal of the <br /> underground tanks (UGT) at this address, you will be required to investigate this site further. <br /> PHS-EHD has allowed adequate time for you to submit a workplan to investigate the lateral <br /> and vertical limits of the soil and groundwater around the UGT area. As of the date of this <br /> notice, no plan has been received. <br /> You are hereby directed to submit a workplan to delineate the soil and groundwater plume <br /> at this site by November 6, 1997. <br /> Recently this site has received a Letter of Claim Acceptance by the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB), Cleanup Fund.
