Wilson Way CUF#: 015211 <br /> Stockton, CA. 95205 Geotracker ID#: T0607700477 <br /> APN: 249-070-12 <br /> EHD Caseworker: Michael Infurna <br /> 06/19/1989 The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> responds to citizen complaint "unregistered underground gas tanks at <br /> site". EHD inspection reveals UST are present, are unregistered, and not <br /> being monitored. EHD actions taken to bring USTs/responsible party Mr. <br /> Nagi Ali into regulatory compliance. <br /> 10/18/1989 Office hearing held with RP for failure to provide UST documents and <br /> comply with EHD directives. <br /> 01/22/1990 EHD received UST 'tight' test results. UST#2  failed precision tests. <br /> 01/04/1991 EHD received phone call from Mr. Durhim Ali advising he is now owner of <br /> the site. <br /> 04/09/1991 EHD received UST Closure Plan. <br /> 05/20/1991 Three USTs removed from common pit under EHD Unit III permit. Strong <br /> petroleum odors and dark stained soil noted in the pit. <br /> 06/17/1991 Based on soil laboratory data received at the EHD, Proposition 65, and <br /> unauthorized release form filed for'contaminated site'. <br /> 03/24/1992 EHD Unit III issues 'dirty' letter to responsible party. <br /> 03/7/1994 Date of the EHD letter to Durhim Saleh Ali & Halima Saleh Ali Nagi that <br /> soil data from site indicated that there had been an unauthorized release <br /> and a subsurface investigation was needed. <br /> 11/20/1996 Site assigned to Michael Infurna for subsurface investigation and entry <br /> into Local Oversight Program (LOP). <br /> 11/27/1996 Notice of Reimbursements (NOR) sent to both Mr. Durhim Saleh Ali and <br /> Halima Saleh Ali Nagi, c/o site address. Site officially enters LOP this <br /> date. <br /> 02/11/1997 Date of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Clean Up <br /> Fund (CUF) letter advising claim acceptance; #012107 assigned with <br /> priority"C". <br /> 09/08/1997 Date of the EHD directive letter to submit a work plan by 11-06-97. <br />
