Recommendation: <br /> In May 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party terminate soil vapor extraction and monitor for a full hydrologic <br /> cycle. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> consider reviewing this site for closure. <br /> UPDATED, May 2010, the Fund concurs with the San Joaquin County LOP that <br /> groundwater monitoring must resume and that the MIP report must be submitted <br /> before this site can be considered for closure.
