The last payment received by Geocon from Mr. Jubari was $21,371 in December 2008 for reimbursement request #22. Mr. Jubari currently owes Geocon $88,126, which includes the $52,010 from reimbursement request #23 plus additional costs not yet submitted for reimbursement because we have not been able to contact Mr. Jubari. Mr. Mike Infurna, with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD), has informed us that the Cleanup Fund would like to close the site case, and that the SJCEHD would like Geocon to submit the Hydropunch/Membrane Interface Probe Site Characterization Report before they concur or disagree with the Cleanup Fund's recommendation to close the case. Geocon would like to release the report; however we are not inclined to do so until Mr. Jubari pays us the $52,010 owed us from reimbursement request #23. If you could help out in this matter it would be greatly appreciated. 3
