Starting 28 April 2000, collect monthly water samples from domestic well <br /> DW-1. All groundwater sampling events must include laboratory analyses for TPHg by EPA Method <br /> 8015M, for BTEX by EPA Method 8021B or 8260B, and for MtBE,TBA, DTE, ETBE, TAME, <br /> 1,2-DCA,EDB, ethanol and methanol by EPA Method 8260B. Some laboratories can run a complete <br /> suite of petroleum constituents and fuel additives by EPA Method 8260B, thereby saving considerable <br /> cost. Notify this office and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division at least 2 business <br /> days prior to any sampling. <br /> All reports and correspondence must be submitted to this office and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. Under penalty of perjury, the technical reports as directed, which shall <br /> be submitted to the Board and to the County, must be signed by an appropriately licensed professional <br /> (technical reports and plans, including drilling logs and soil and groundwater sampling, are to be <br /> prepared, signed, and certified by a Registered Geologist, Registered Civil Engineer, Certified <br /> Engineering Geologist, or Certified Hydrogeologist). All registered professionals must be licensed by <br /> the State of California. <br /> Due to MtBE contamination in an active drinking water well, we consider this site investigation and <br /> cleanup a high priority. We anticipate an expedited investigation and cleanup of this site.
