f <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING AND REMEDIAL STATUS REPORT <br />` 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Geocon Consultants, Inc. prepared this report to summarize the methods and results of Third and <br /> Fourth Quarters 2004 groundwater monitoring and sampling events, and a summary of remedial <br /> performance between April 8, 2004, and December 2, 2004, for the Ranch Market property located <br /> at 23569 South Santa Fe Road in Riverbank, California(the Site). <br /> The Site is located on the west side of South Santa Fe Road approximately 600 feet south of the <br /> { Henry Road intersection in Riverbank, California {Figure 1). Facilities onsite consist of a single- <br /> story brick building with a septic tank and leach field. The remaining portions-of the Site are covered <br /> with degraded asphalt paving or a soil surface. The Site is currently being used as a mini-market <br /> without gasoline service.
