r <br /> 5. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division for the sewage <br /> disposal system for the entire development. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer (Ordinance Code Section 5-30008). <br /> 6. The sewage disposal systems shall comply with the rules and regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to building permits approval. A percolation test and <br /> a sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests from <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001 , <br /> 5-3003 and 5-3013). <br /> 7. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> 8. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> 9. The new wells installed shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to issuance of the Grade A Dairy Permit and <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 10. Show on revised plans or improvement plans the domestic house well on <br /> property adjacent to the north of this dairy and provide a 50 ft. minimum <br /> distance between corrals and well. <br />
